Geovision
DVR
Our
Geovision
DVRs allow viewing and recording of footage through a
computer. You can install up to 16 cameras and 16 audio channels,
and choose to record them in the fashion that you desire.
You can have them simply record on a schedule bases, which
can be customized for every camera for every day of the week.
Or, you may choose to record all the time, but only when motion
is detected. Save your time and your hard drive space by only
recording when motion is present. You can even mask off certain
areas to be ignored on each camera, so as to tweak your motion
detection settings. Any or all of the cameras can be recording
simultaneously, even while you view archived footage!
One
of the more advanced functions of Geovision
DVRs is the ability to remotely access your security
system. Simply type in the IP address of your computer in
the address bar of any computer with an internet connection,
and you are good to go. You can view live video as well as
recorded footage. You can even customize the users and privileges,
so each person may only be allowed to view certain cameras.

Easy
to Install & Operate. All packages include DVR card, user's
manual, and local and remote software. The PCI based Digital
Video Recorder (DVR) Card records live video data to your
hard drive or network drive for archival purposes. These cards
can install in your present PC if it meets certain qualifications.
The software includes the ability to view from a single stand
alone PC, a network, and also through the Internet. You can
even burn the DVR video evidence on a CD or Email it to the
authorities. Just as long as you have Windows 95, 98, ME,
2000 or XP.
You
can replay the remote video without the need of "proprietary"
software! Also, no multiple user license needed when using
our DVR cards! Feel free to share the remote access application
amongst those that need access to the visual data. Access
the video while on the road from your laptop or PDA! We make
it just that easy! To calculate frame rate per camera simply
divide total FPS by quantity of cameras.
If
you currently have a small hard drive, the software will also
allow you to adjust the frame rate for each camera individually.
For example when using 7 cameras with the SSC-G800-8 DVR card,
you would divide 120 by 7 so each camera is operating at about
17 FPS
